Terri Horton, EFDA was born and raised in the St. Petersburg area. She graduated from Dixie Hollins High School in 1983, attended St. Petersburg Junior College and received her Expanded Function and Radiology Certification in Dental Assisting from St. Petersburg Vo- Tech in 1988.

Terri and her son love sports. Terri's hobbies include biking, walking, boating, water skiing, and shopping. She also enjoys attending Buccaneer football games.
